The new Fancy Feast Savory Puree are a different flavor and texture than the previous Savory Puree Naturals. My cat does not care for the change and only liked the salmon and tuna in a Demi-glace. It was hard to find a treat for my cat that he liked so I will need to cancel my subscription for this treat.

I bought some for my cats and I didn’t think much about it. Gave it to them a couple of times and stopped. Jessie had got hooked! It didn’t take me long to figure out not to run out of it. He will come to me and scratch & nibble on me if he doesn’t get it. And Miss Fancy always wants to get the first ones. She shows her impatience that way! Both cats are highly addicted to these.

I have a very picky (and sassy) 8 lb tortie. These are the only tubes that she consistently finishes in one sitting, and doesn’t ever get tired of them. She enjoys all 3 of the flavors. I appreciate that these tubes are a smaller size. Tubes like Churu’s are sometimes too much for her to eat in one sitting, but she refuses to eat it again after it’s been refrigerated. These fancy feast ones seem to fit the bill for size, taste, and texture for my picky girl, which also makes me happy because I’m not wasting food or money :)

My Basia is overweight, and I was trying to find a treat I could give her that wasn't calorie-heavy. She loves Churu, but the calorie count is very high. These tubes are about half the length of most tube-type treats and only 2 cal. per tube. Also, since Churu and most other similar treats are very high in calories, they were too rich for Basia and gave her diarrhea. These don't, so I can give them to her without feeling guilty. I also give Basia the plain Tuna-flavored version of this, and she loves them both, but seems to love this one even more.
