Can the scratch board ramp be attached to either apartment entrance?

The ramp it is not designed to be installed at the other condo entrance.

Is it possible to leave off the highest perch without jeopardizing the integrity of the rest of the tree?

The tree was relatively easy to build, but right away I noticed that even when the screws were completely tight, the tree wobbled. A month later, the highest branch

The tree was relatively easy to build, but right away I noticed that even when the screws were completely tight, the tree wobbled. A month later, the highest branch was so slanted when my cat sat on it that I had to remove it. Another two months later I had to do the same with the second-highest branch. It looks like the wobbling wore down the wood on the inside of the branches around the screw. My cat is medically a healthy weight but it seemed unable to hold him.

We ordered this cat tree shortly after adopting our two rescue cats. Delivery was fast. My husband said it was a real pain to build as there's a lot of pieces. It took him around an hour. He said if he didn't have power tools it would have taken way longer. The cats were a little nervous of it at first because it's quite tall but it is reasonably sturdy. I think it'd be a lot more sturdy if it was placed in the corner of a room. Since getting it, the cats haven't been jumping on our kitchen table or counters, which is great. They sleep on it and enjoy watching us work in the kitchen. The little hanging mice are also a hit. Like most cat trees, the platforms aren't padded very well for maximum comfort, but that's okay. The fabric on this cat tree is soft but a little slippery. My cats have learned quickly to be pretty careful on it. Overall, after a week, id give it a 4.5/5. The price is fantastic.

My cat spends a fair amount of time on this cat tree, especially when she's home alone. It's sturdy so I'm never worried about it shaking or toppling, and I had no issues with assembly. Also, this morning I was woken at 5am by my cat vigorously playing with the dangling mice. 10/10 would recommend.
