Ripped box and bent crate

Packaged arrived with several big holes in the card board and the wires were bent in multiple areas, not sure if it came like that from the warehouse or the shipping

Packaged arrived with several big holes in the card board and the wires were bent in multiple areas, not sure if it came like that from the warehouse or the shipping company beat it up. Crate still works for the most part but the door is really stiff, not sure if its because its damaged or if thats how its meant to be. The liner was also pretty dirty so maybe i got a returned item. Lucky i got this on sale or id be pretty upset, cant be bothered to return it so it'll do.

I bought this as well recently adopted a 12 week old Potcake puppy. Our previous dog was a Great Dane mix and the huge crate we had was much to large. It is a little hard on the fingers when you set it up as the front and back need to slide under a clip. Once it is up it's pretty decent for a new puppy for crate training.

Great crate and great price

We ordered this to have a second crate for when we brought our puppy home so we could have a crate in our living room and in our bedroom. This crate was cheaper

This crate was cheaper than our first crate we bought and way nicer! It also arrived in 24 hours from when we brought it online, it was just normal shipping too!

Also, the plastic tray was broken in one corner in many pieces. Sounds bad but the big crate mat I put in it covers the tray so no big deal. My German Shepard puppy (50 pounds right now) will definitely fill it up and she LOVES the room in it and I find the door latches very secure

I purchased the Med-Large crate bundled with a pad for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, the pad didn't come with the crate and arrived several days after our trip. As for the crate, the size was just right for 2 small (10lb) dogs to be comfortable, was sturdy and fairly easy to set up. My biggest issue is the latches: they did not align with the latch slots and I have to push and bed to seat each latch. It was doable, but very frustrating with 2 dogs scrambling at the door to be let out. I've never had this issue using other crates, so I don't think this was designed intentionally, but more likely a manufacturing flaw.
