We recommend catnip and silvervine be used exclusively by cats and no more than a few times per week for maximum kitty fun. It is not intended for human consumption. Monitor play.

(The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it’s a little too small for an adult cat and would be the perfect size for a kitten.) My boys are 14 & 2 years old and my girl just turned 1. They all immediately started playing with it when I opened it and love the little ball inside! They also love the scratcher! They weren’t as into the whack-the-ghost… But we’ve had it for 5 days and they aren’t bored with it yet… they even try to sleep on it :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got home from work my big old orange cat was sitting on the chewy box in the hallway waiting for me to open the prize! Upon removing it from the box and taking off the outer plastic he immediately was interested! He didn't even need the catnip to start trying to rip it to shreds!! I think because of the unique size and shape my old lady cat who is 17 wandered over and knocked him off the new toy climbed up on it and claimed it as her own. I did catch her later clawing it also. It's very unusual to find something that interests both of my geriatric cats! I'm really happy I got this for them. I love to see them still playful.

I added the catnip packet to the corrugated scratching area and they have really enjoyed their new way to scratch! I think their favorite part is the ball inside the headstone that they can reach in and grab, but can’t get out. I laid it on the floor, but it could probably be stood upright and attached to something, too.

The Frisco Halloween Tombstone Interactive Cardboard Pop-Up Scratcher Cat Toy with Silvervine & Catnip was a huge hit from the moment I set it up. They were immediately drawn to the fun Halloween design and couldn’t resist the scratcher surface. The added catnip and silvervine made it even more exciting—one of my cats rolled around on it while the other went straight to scratching and playing with the pop-up features. It’s sturdy, festive, and keeps them entertained for a long time. Definitely worth it if you want something seasonal and fun that your cats will actually use!
