Is there a dispenser that holds these to attach to leash?

At this time, these Frisco Handle Dog Waste Bags are not compatible with dispensers that are attached to leashes. For refill dispenser bags, the Frisco Refill Dog Poop Bags are compatible.

You say the size but what are the dimensions not including the handle. And what is the mill thickness of the plastic?

The dimensions of each bag are 7 x 9.5 inches (not including the handles). Each bag has a thickness of 0.015 millimeters.

Is this good for large breeds with large poops?

These bags measure 7 inches wide x 13.5 inches tall and are suitable for dogs of all sizes.

Can these bags be used for the scoop pan with handle and rake?

Depending on the size of the scoop this bag may fit over the opening.

So these bags would’ve been great, if they were larger and a thicker material. When you compare the bags the poop scooper came with and these, they’re significantly smaller. The other issue with these is that they’re thinner than the other bags it comes with too. I have a Mastiff and a Shepherd mix so when it’s time to go outside and clean up, the smaller-thinner bags just aren’t enough for the large piles that need to be cleaned.

I started using these bags about half a year ago. I previously lived in HOA communities where there were bags available, and when I moved to a location without free bags, I didn't want to spend too much money buying them. These seemed like a good choice. However, these bags are too small, and the handles are too short. I don't even have a very large dog, but today, the combination of the small bag and short handles left me with dog poop on my hands. Something that never happened when I used other bags. I won't be buying these again.
