Is this a heavyweight non skid stand?

I agree with the reviewer who said this is not really elevated. The bowl sits so low in the stand it's less than 2 inches off the ground. The only purpose this serves is for dogs who like to tip their bowls - I don't have that problem. I was looking for more elevation. Also, like other reviews, the quality of the metal bowl is lacking. My dog wouldn't eat out of it.

This stand works very well; I was able to fit their original bowls in the stands. Each foot of the stand comes with a rubber piece to prevent the stand from moving or damaging wood or tile floors. I would highly recommend it.
