When I think 'cat treats' and 'liver' I think dehydrated squares resembling styrofoam. These are different and best suited for bully breeds, even then they best have full set of healthy chompers. Believe it's possible to make functional arrowheads out of this material. Some treats are dry and hard and am able to make them work for my 100% and 70% toothless cats. However even a small piece of this I feel could be dangerous. If I was to serve these I'd grind them into a powder supplement. Have I mentioned I don't have a kitchen right now? So the shelter's Santa Claus can disperse them as they wish.
