The shelf life of Greenies is 18 months. The "Best Before" expiration date is printed on the back of the bag.

I think the product was probably helping her teeth and breath. BUT she was constantly having tummy aches, throwing up, wanting to eat grass or not finish her meals, even when we cut back to just one a week. So we stopped using these and her appetite came back and tummy issues went away. So not the best fit for our dog with her sensitive tummy.
