I have a toy fox terrier mix I rescued about 9 yrs ago , well now she is about 14-15 yrs old & lost most of her teeth so she can not eat hard food but I wanted a good brand of food with good ingredients . I knew about Halo because I fed Halo to my cat many years ago because I liked the ingredients , so glad I i searched for canned dog food from Halo . Rona loves this food , and I love the ingredients , my only issue I have with the food is that is a pate which Rona prefers bits /shreds & some times she eats to fast & chokes on the pate as why I dice apples or add bone broth to the food at time of feeding to help her not choke if I feed it plain she just takes a lot in her mouth & swallows , that is my only issue .
