Feeding Instructions
Adult: Feed 3/4 oz per pound of body weight per day split into two servings.
Days 1 - 3: 75% non Halo food, 25% Halo
Days 4 - 5: 50% non Halo food, 50% Halo
Days 6 - 7: 25% non Halo food, 75% Halo
Days 8+: 100% Halo
Pets with sensitive stomachs may need to transition a little more slowly to avoid any digestive upset. If you introduce the new food too quickly and your cat or dog experiences some digestive upset, just back up to the previous transition amount where your pet wasn�t having any trouble and feed that amount for a few more days before continuing with the transition. Once your pet is eating all Halo food, if you switch between Halo recipes, consider a 2- or 3-day transition to minimize stomach upset.

This is the first time buying the grain-free salmon in the Soft Pate in Broth form. She usually eats the regular Pate without broth. There's really not much of a difference in the consistency or amount of broth between the two. I had to check the can again just to make sure that I wasn't serving her from the regular pate without broth. While I couldn't tell the difference, my cat absolutely seemed to like this version better! I only got this version because they were out of stock of the regular pate. Looks like we'll be getting the Pate in Broth from now on.

Moist and not dry
My 2 cat older cats love this stuff! It’s good and moist and not all dried out like other pate food! They gobble this food up!

It's almost as good as cat crack like Greenies are to Pinky. We water it down a lot because he hasn't got a lot of teeth now.

I'm very disappointed in the consistency of this food. My baby is, actually. In the past it has had broth as it claims on the label but not this time. It is more
I'm very disappointed in the consistency of this food. My baby is, actually. In the past it has had broth as it claims on the label but not this time. It is more like a pate with what looks like congealed broth, perhaps. Essentially, no broth. My cat barely eats it this way. I don't blame her. Be careful trusting what you find when opening a new case unless you want to gamble on pricey food for your baby. It's great when you get a good batch but you never know until you open the first can.

This food really smells awful. 3/4 of my cats are ok with it, but one was having loose bowel movements. So no more ordering this food for us.
