Pets with sensitive stomachs may need to transition a little more slowly to avoid any digestive upset. If you introduce the new food too quickly and your cat or dog experiences some digestive upset, just back up to the previous transition amount where your pet wasn't having any trouble and feed that amount for a few more days before continuing with the transition. Once your pet is eating all Halo food, if you switch between Halo recipes, consider a 2- or 3-day transition to minimize stomach upset.

I’ve been ordering this food for my sensitive stomach cat for years (4-5 years?). He won’t eat anything else (he gets sick, including pancreatitis). The turkey and duck recipe has been out of stock on Chewy (and everywhere else) for at least 3-4 months now. Luckily I had a stockpile since my cats life depends on this food. Well, now we’re out of luck (read stronger language there) and I’m angry. I’m giving up on Halo as a brand (including for my other cat) and making sure to let everyone know. Supply chain issue is one thing but going on 4 months without any stock for your food is reckless. I’ll be trying out other brands with better reputation over the next few weeks as our stock fades to nothing. So long Halo.
Still Out of Stock

This and the turkey pate are my cat's favorite foods. Unfortunately both have been out of stock and, while Chewy says they'll be back "soon," I have a strong hunch that they may never return. So, I'll have to look for something else.

This was hands down my cats favorite food. It went out of stock and halo said it was a sourcing issue and would be back. Well, much like the way they ruined the salmon spots stew, this is totally different now. Before it was a loose pate with thick, rich gravy. Now, it’s the same mid color, mediocre pate they made the salmon into. I’m so tired of companies that won’t leave well enough alone. It’s fine for what it is now but don’t expect the above average food it was before. Oh snd it’s more expensive now.
Big hit with all 3!

I rotate proteins and brands for a more complete nutritional offering, and so they don't get tired of any one thing (and to help protect them if there's a recall or issue with anything!) The Halo Turkey/Duck has been in our rotation for many years and they all seem to like it all the time!
Almost always eat it all!
My vet recommended some of the alternative proteins (duck, rabbit, turkey) over chicken. I tried numerous brands and all four of my cats would consistently eat this
My vet recommended some of the alternative proteins (duck, rabbit, turkey) over chicken. I tried numerous brands and all four of my cats would consistently eat this one. They don’t always finish it all but this was the best one.
My Cats Aren’t Throwing Up!

I have five cats, finding a wet food that they all love that they won’t vomit up the next day has been a battle. I tried Weruva, Atlas vomited. I tried Dave’s, they don’t like it. Halo is the only wet food my cats all go crazy over and has been great for their digestive systems.
Reliable food, both cats love it
I’ve been feeding my cats this food since 2022 and we’ve never had any issues with the quality. Both cats really enjoy it and one of them is a pretty picky eater
I’ve been feeding my cats this food since 2022 and we’ve never had any issues with the quality. Both cats really enjoy it and one of them is a pretty picky eater that won’t go near anything he doesn’t like. I love a food with alternative protein options as well, so this is overall a 10/10 from me!
Yellow cat eats an entire can every night
Old Yellow is our part feral neighborhood cat...we've been feeding him now for 3 yrs...he's saying thank you Chewy!

I'm wondering why it's sold in a pkg of 4 and not a case.

Halo gets a thumbs up from all 9
This is a repeat buy. Halo's wet food is the only one that every single cat will eat. It has quality ingredients. A softer pate texture that they all easily eat
