Whitefish is comprised of a wide range of fish that can be dependent on the catch, season etc. All fish used is held to high standards, and must meet the criteria at time of purchase. Foods are also tested for Mercury & Dioxins.

I'm a rescue cat mom and normally have far too many cats for a normal person. Hence, food costs can get quite high, plus I have dogs and chickens to feed, as well as a husband. For years, I've been purchasing a mainstream brand in 40-can cases and a mid-quality, low-ash dry food for urinary tract issues. One day, I read the ingredients on the wet food I've been feeding them, and I was horrified. I knew Halo was a reputable brand with clean ingredients, and though it's pricier, I made the switch. With cats and their generally sensitive stomach issues, I blended the two wet foods for a week before transitioning to all Halo, all the time. It's a healthier choice for my monsters.
