Excellent customer service for a food that our cat didn't like.

We're always on the lookout for low-phosphorous foods for our cat with CKD, as he doesn't like prescription foods all that much. We tried this because he does like

We're always on the lookout for low-phosphorous foods for our cat with CKD, as he doesn't like prescription foods all that much. We tried this because he does like some Hill's, and it's one of the better brands out there in terms of content, etc. Sadly, not this one, and Chewy was really kind to refund me and let me donate the rest to a rescue.

Sassy is picky but most days she will eat this one. Vomits less often with this one as well.

It is very hard to find foods that have no fish in them--even when they aren't a fish flavor. I discovered that our 15 year-old senior female had swollen eyes whenever she ate fish. This food has saved the day. And she likes it! We like that it is lower in calories, too, since she has some arthritis and tends to be on the heavy side. This food seems to satisfy her.

My cat wouldn't eat this food.

I'm baffled by this food. I didn't think that cats, as obligate carnivores, needed vegetables in their diets. My cat certainly doesn't. This was a waste of money

My cat seems to like it for now anyway.

It seemed to be full of a mixture of ingredients including chicken, vegetables and rice. I think he might like it better if it had more gravy because he licks off
