I switched to this food for my senior girl because I was looking for something to help with her skin. She has that hyperthyroid disheveled looking coat and had also developed horrible dandruff and excessive shedding after an illness. After several months on this food we can see a huge improvement in her dry itchy skin and her coat is much thicker and softer than it has been in years. I can’t speak to the joint claims of this food as she gets Solensia injections for her arthritis. She readily eats this food and vomits much less than she did on the Hills Senior 11+

My cat's about 12 so we switched to this after having some issues with Blue Buffalos Duck Basics. My cat's always been a lazy boy, but after a year of eating this he's actually become quite playful. He zooms through the house more. He had some high kidney values so we supplement with wet food too, but his blood work was fairly consistent with last year's. He's happy, I'm happy!

Much to my surprise - all three cats eat it enthusiastically!

I finally transitioned my senior kitty from standard Hill’s Science Diet Adult cat food to this senior version. I was worried because she has always been a little picky about new foods. From the very first day, she couldn’t resist the senior formula. Would recommend!

I loved this food up until now. The last couple times I have fed this to my cat, she threw up and had the worst diarrhea imaginable! The poor girl in her litter box at night just spewing diarrhea. I ended up switching her immediately and giving fortiflora which helped after a week. The food looked and smelled fine so not sure what happened. I am aware they changed the formula ( removed the fruits and vegetables), which I’m not liking .

With this food, my 12 year old tortie has put on healthy weight, her fur has gotten much softer, and even her tail has thickened up to fat kitten size. This is after years of cheaper food. I will never buy from another brand!

This was recommended to me by my vet when my cat was not eating, however although she may like the taste I doubt if it has enough nutrition. Probably not as much
