Do these have to be refrigerated after opening?

This treat should be refrigerated after opening and served as soon as possible.

Does it come with 3 of the big bags that each have the 3 little packs inside or is it just one bag with the 3 little packs? The description is very unclear as it says you get 3 bags and then the picture shown is of 6 big bags so it's very misleading. Thank you for your time.

This product comes with 3 0.4 ounce pouches of treats.

Under nutritional info, it says 15 kcal/treat. Does this mean 15kcal per little baggy (3 bags per pack), or literally 15kcal per individual treat?

I've been on a quest to try and get my pill-adverse kitty to take his 5 pills a day without a fuss and saw that Inaba advertised these as perfect for hiding pills. While Smokey absolutely scarfs these up, they're not great for medicine. The treats are soft but also pretty crumbly, so pushing a pill inside is difficult. That being said, my kitty thinks they taste great, so another win for Inaba in my book!

However, our "Churu Junkie" cat was not a fan. I had hoped they were soft - so we could hide meds in them. They are definitely "Juicy" as the name implies.
