It took my cat just over a month to work out how to dispense additional servings. He has been lifting it up and dropping it on the floor or sticking his paw up the chute to get a piece or two but today he managed to get a full serving. He’s on a diet so I don’t think this will be able to be used any more. It has been a pretty good machine. It took a little while to work out how to set it up and get it paired with the app. The automatic feeding schedule and camera schedule has been great
So far so good. It was difficult to set up at first but I figured it out. Customer service is helpful.
