Yes it is, it's my Chessie's favorite toy! It's filled with foam for buoyancy

Is the toy part able to be filled with treats like the other ones?

This toy cannot be filled with treats, it features a foam core for added buoyancy.

What size is recommended for a 6 month old lab puppy? He’s 65lbs and growing. Also is the rope strong enough for me to tie another rope to it to pull it in if he doesn’t retrieve it every time?

The medium toy is recommended for dogs weighing between 15 to 35 pounds and the large toy is recommended for dogs weighing 30 to 65 pounds. The rope is strong enough to support its own weight.

Is this toy made in the US? If not, where is it made?

Great toy! I can throw this five times farther than a ball by using the rope, so my dog will actually get tired! It bounces and floats so it works great everywhere. My dogs love to catch it on the bounce in the yard. Indestructible unless your dog chews the rope.
