We got this toy yesterday and it will have to be removed today b/c it has already come apart. The chewing toys are essential for our 18 month old lab.

The dimensions of the Small/Medium size are 5.5 x 1.75 x 1.75 inches. The dimensions of the Medium/Large size are 7 x 2.25 x 2.25 inches.

Our dog is an aggressive chewer. He is literally like the Tasmanian Devil from the old Bugs Bunny cartoons. He liked when we threw this to him and brought it back several times before we turned our back on him and he tore the softer ends right off the toy. A normal dog could probably enjoy this toy for a long time, but it wasn't right for our little destruction machine. I just want to make people aware that this isn't for aggressive chewers.

I wouldn’t rate this product for a medium chewer. It is soft and comes apart easily. The red rubber king toys stand up to her chewing.
