Sneaky treats

With my pittie babies 2nd birthday approaching, I had been eyeing the Kong Extreme line for a few weeks, in hopes of finding some tough toys that could withstand my tough chewers and keep them busy for a while. These were good to fill with treats or spray cheese, but once the easier to reach parts had been licked clean, both dogs wanted to shred it in order to make sure they got it all. for the price, it stung a little picking up the pieces, but i knew i was taking a risk with these 2.

We had gotten one of these Kong Extreme Dog Toys from another store and we love it. I wanted to have a second one on hand because we freeze the food inside them and he gets them when he's crated. This Kong Extreme (while listed as X-Large) is smaller than the one we got elsewhere. I am too nervous to leave this one in his crate with him when we are not home.

Ordered 8 more and 3 have already split. So disappointed especially since I contacted company and they are of no help.

My dog really likes this toy. We got it because he is a very destructive chewer. He still likes his ball more but he will still play with this one, especially when you put treats in it. Peanut butter is best as anything else really just falls out of it. I would also have liked a different color as it is easily lost outside.
