This tether will restrain dogs of all sizes. It is not compatible with volvos.

The Carabiner clip attaches securely to the harness. Simply hook the clip onto the front D-ring on the harness.

I really like Kong products but the fabric is very thin on the belt. I would not recommend for pups that chew or dogs that are larger than small size. Zero confidence
