My dog is very picky re his bed & he seems to find this one comfortable and just right. He doesn't like being too warm and the low sides on this bed helps with that. He also dislikes being too enclosed so the low sides also meets this need. He adjusted to his new bed in two days which is faster than usual.
Both babies love their new beds

Yes they each have their own room, that they share with us as our offices. Charlie took to it right away, curled in and snuggled and he was happy. Amber didn't at first, but this is her first real bed as she was a foster/rescue/ foster fail, she had boxes in the past with a towel or blanket. So it took her a couple of days, but then I saw her nesting in it, and I was so happy. Both are by the window, and they curl up and look outside. The bed is smaller, both are 15+ lbs, but they fit. Sometimes they stretch and a leg hang out. Perfect for smaller cats, but still nice for the chunky ones.

Haven't washed it yet so not sure how that will go since there's not a separate pillow part and it doesn't have a cover. But it says washable so I'll put the whole bed in the washer and we'll see how it comes out.
