The Nobbly Wobbly Ball has a natural rubber smell. There is nothing potent or strong in the scent.

Broke apart

Although this toy looks fun, I don't recommend buying it. The first time our dog chewed on it his mouth got stuck in between the "ropes" on it. It was stuck so bad we had to pry it out of his mouth. It went right in the garbage. He is a small dog so maybe a larger dog wouldn't have the same problem, but I would not risk it.
