Feeding Instructions
The amounts in the table are intended as guidelines only. The food intake should be adjusted according to the age, weight and activity of your dog. It is important for your dog's health to maintain a proper body weight. Consult a veterinarian for specific weight recommendations.
When combining canned food (13 oz Cans) + Natural Balance® Dry Food:
* Less than 10 lb … 1/2 can+1/2 cup
* Toy (18 lb) … 1 can+1/2 cup
* Small (25 lb) … 1 can+1 cup
* Medium (50 lb) … 1 can+2
* Large (80 lb) … 1 can+3
* Large (100 lb) … 1 can+4

Feeding Management: * Serve at room temperature. * Any unused portion should be covered and refrigerated. * Fresh clean water should be available at all times!
We recommend that you do not add vitamins, minerals or any other supplements, except upon the advice of a veterinarian. The maintenance of proper body weight is most important for your dog's health. Consult your veterinarian for specific weight recommendations for your dog.
When switching your pet's diet, we recommend transitioning from the current diet to any new Natural Balance Formula over a 5-7 day period. Replace 25% of the current diet with new Natural Balance Formula each day until they are fully transitioned. If you do not have any of your current formula to mix, reduce the amount of formula fed for the first few days, feeding smaller more frequent meals and increase over time. If your pet is more sensitive to change, please allow 10-14 days to fully transition onto the new formula.

Too wet, sticky, and frankly goopy
This food is super sticky. It sticks to all surfaces and glops together. My dog is making me feed it him by hand. He is a flat faced dog, and didn't wanna be a pig

The quality seems good and my dog likes it and has eaten three cases of it, but the goopiness is making us look to another option

Consistency was mushy and unappealing to the humans involved.

Our golden retriever absolutely loves this food! She has renal kidney failure, and I think she's just sick of her Royal Canin prescription food. She also has stomach
Our golden retriever absolutely loves this food! She has renal kidney failure, and I think she's just sick of her Royal Canin prescription food. She also has stomach issues related to kidney issues (often days where she just doesn't eat). We bought her this food as a low-protein alternative, and she absolutely LOVES it! I haven't seen her this excited about eating since she was a puppy. She literally licks the bowl clean. If our dog is any indication about how tasty this food is, any dog should love it!

I needed soft food without pea protein so I thought I’d give this a try. It’s great! He loves it! He has not gotten any ear infections so far!
