Why is it in BHA and BHT? Isnt it unhealthy to used it high quantities and almost 2 months to use for a newborn puppies?

These anti-oxidants/preservatives are important for the shelf-life of products containing significant fat levels. It is used to protect those fat sources from becoming rancid through the distribution channel and long storage times. These anti-oxidants/preservatives are still proven to be the most effective products for this purpose. The product contains a small quantity relative to the benefit of not having a rancid product.

This powder is readily accepted by newborn puppies and produces excellent growth rates and weight gain.
It says mix one part mix with 2 part water. What is a part?

A "part" is a nondescript way of saying "whatever amount you're measuring". If it's 1 ounce, 1 cup, 1 gallon, whatever of powder...then it's 2 ounces, or 2 cups, or 2 gallons of water.
