No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.
What happens if my puppy swallows the nubs on the bone?

This toy is not intended to be eaten or ingested. While a small piece, similar to a grain of rice, will pass through their system a larger piece may not. If you think your dog swallowed a bigger piece, take the toy away and contact your vet. Replace when the chew toy knuckle ends are worn down, or if it becomes too small for your dog to chew safely.
