The X-Small (Petite) measures approximately 3.75 inches long and the Small (Regular) measures approximately 4.5 inches long.

Maybe I have unrealistic expectations, or maybe my 9 year old chihuahua with only 4 teeth is an exceptional chewer, but this bone lasted my 11lb chihuahua, again- only 4 teeth- 2 hours. He absolutely loved all three (less enthusiastic about the peanut butter one, but he's the first dog I've met who doesnt really care for peanut butter all that much), and after finishing one was begging to have another. I'll probably buy it again, but with the expectation that he'll eat the entire thing in 2 hours lol
