Very sturdy
I only gave it 4 stars because it’s a little much for my dog (2 yrs, 8-1/2 pounds). The puppy works better for her, but if you have an intense chewer or bigger dog,

I thought by description this would be like the other Nylabone but it’s way too hard for my puppy to chew and it’s such a weird shape he couldn’t hold
