We typically use cone-shaped toys for peanut butter during crate time. My pup does not really chew on them. To make sure they are safe to leave with him, I always let my pup play with them for a few days when I am keeping an eye on him. We have used the red version of these for months. This black one has very large chunks missing after less than 5 minutes. Definitely not comparable to the more commonly known brand of black max strength cone toys.
