How long is it good for after you open it?

Unopened powder should be stored in a cool, dry place. Reconstituted liquid must be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Opened powder must be refrigerated for up to 3 months, or can be frozen for up to 6 months to preserve freshness.

Can this be used for kittens and small animals or only for puppies?

Esbalic dry goat milk

This worked great for my English Bulldog puppies since mother dog had very little milk. Got them off to a great start!
