Do you have to warm up the milk after it’s been refrigerated?

The best way to warm the formula is in a warm water bath. Place the reconstituted milk into the baby bottle and seal it with the nipple. Then place the bottle in a bowl of warm water for a couple of minutes, shake then test the temperature on your wrist. Continue this until it feels like body temperature. Dispose of any remaining formula left in the bottle when the kitten is done feeding.

does the powder go bad after opening it or can it still be mixed with water and served? once the seal is removed from the can, how long does it stay good for?

Once opened this product must be refrigerated for up to 3 months or frozen up to 6 months prior to the Best By date listed on the can.

Does this product mix well with warm tap water?

It is suggested to use warm water to mix.

It says provides Taurine, but I don't see that on the guaranteed analysis list or the ingredients. Maybe im just missing it. So my question is is there taurine in this?

Great for orphaned older kittens

This gives orphaned kittens the nutrients they need once they are no longer nursing. I add it to their dry kitten food. It helps them get a good start in life

We found our little "Prim" all alone on the street late one night. She had a broken tail (now amputated by vet) and was so tiny she fit in the palm of my hand. This formula was what we used to nurse her for a few months until she could eat on her own. She is now a healthy, beautiful almost full grown cat. I really don't know how to review formula but Chewy made it available and it did the job we needed it to do for our lil kitten.

This is the best replacement I have found. Follow directions but whisk/fork stir until completely mixed! No residue or clumps.

This product is clearly mislabeled. It is NOT a replacement. It is ONLY a SUPPLEMENT as obscurely noted in tiny print on the third side of the label. One of my orphaned kittens died from malnutrition within a week. Thankfully I researched it and switched the other kitten to a true milk replacement and he is doing great. This company should be ashamed marketing this as a replacement!

Not super appealing

I got this to mix in with wet food to get my small kitten to increase her calorie intake but she wasn’t really a fan.
