Some harnesses are a pain to try to figure out. Front and back harness was easy to adjust. My dog didn’t even seem to notice that the front one was on. It’s a little slower getting used to back one. I think one of the best things about this is that you can use either harness independently. We put the front one on for a simple walk. Use both when we’re having to get in and out of the car. And I cankeep the back one on around the house on days that my boy is having a little bit more trouble getting up and down from the floor. I should’ve got it a year ago!
Not for a dog that cannot stand

When my dog woke one day with a sudden-onset neuro issue, basically unable to walk, the vet recommended this . Chewy was superb at getting it to me within a day. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get it on her since she couldn't stand and I couldn't lift her and hold her up to fit it on her. I donated it to a friend with a rescue and found a harness with a handle and used it. It appeared well-made but if meant for a dog with problems standing and walking shouldn't it be designed to be easily placed on a dog with problems walking and standing?
Difficult and not right for us, but seems sturdy.

The leg straps were difficult to open and close, but the larger problem for is is the fit. While our boy Rascal fits the sizing listed, alas he is a corgi, so different structure entirely. Rascal has degenerative myelopathy. Sadly like doggy ALS. His back end is very weak. This is pretty adjustable, but the only way we can get it to conform to his body, makes it impossible for him to do his business. I will have to return it and try a different sort

Purchased for my newly adopted senior dog. I think this was supposed to come with instructions for how to put it on the dog, but mine did not. I’ve been having a difficult time trying to figure out how the straps should be around her legs, and as she’s already having difficulty with her stability, this hasn’t been going smoothly. Hopefully this get easier with a little practice. Does not look very comfortable, but again, this could be user error as I’m not sure which straps go around which legs.
Back clips not sturdy
Will preface this review by saying that my lab is not a fan of harnesses in general. We bought this because he has neuropathy and cannot get up and down the stairs
Will preface this review by saying that my lab is not a fan of harnesses in general. We bought this because he has neuropathy and cannot get up and down the stairs on his own and it did help us with that. The back clips are very flimsy and he chews his way right out of them unfortunately
Works well

This harness has helped me move my 85lb dog who is struggling to use one of his front and back legs. It has caused some chafing/hot spots, but that may be unavoidable with a harness like this. Without the strap under the belly, he does wiggle out of the leg part of the harness, so that is necessary but also sometimes gets peed on by accident. Overall, though, this has been a life saver for moving my dog around, especially up and down stairs!

The device is too heavy and bulky with a hard plastic under-belly strap, not comfortable for my dog to rest in. Also the front part of the harness requires lifting each front paw to put through the straps, which is hard for my dog who has hind end weakness.

It is so adaptable to the different dogs. Every dog has a different shape. I ordered large because the measurements for the chest were large. Irish Setters have leaner behinds so I was hoping it would still fit. There is so much adjustability on the straps that it fit well.
Great design
This works so great for my shepherd as his hip disease progresses and he needs more help walking. Even the vet thought it worked very well.

This is the third harness I have bought for my German Shepherd with Degenerative Myelopathy and was disappointed with all of them. It was very hard to get him into, they need to step into the front and back leg holes and with a dog with this disease they don’t gave the balance or strength to stand while you are trying to get their legs in the holes. Construction was very good! Not super heavy. I was hoping it would work , but it did not for my Dog!
