This replacement flap can be used for the Petsafe Patio panel, Sliding glass, Extreme Weather, Aluminum, Wall entry, and Plastic doors.

Does this come with the plastic holder where screws go in?

This only includes the replacement flap. Additional parts can be found through the manufacter's website.

The replacement flap does not come with the screws. The flap mounting bracket includes replacement screws and can be purchased separately directly from the manufacturer.

The replacement flaps do not come with the screws. Replacement screws are available with the flap mounting bracket.

After many years of heavy daily use by our three dachshunds, our doggy door flap was looking grimy, the side edges were splitting, and the magnet had lots of damage from wet cleaning. This PetSafe replacement flap works a treat and was pretty quick and easy to install (after making the mistake of previously trying a generic brand that was a terrible fit.) Because the initial out-of-packaging vinyl smell is pretty potent, I recommend leaving it outside to air for a day or two - your own nose and your pooches' snouts will thank you for it.

The screw heads are too small and with very little pressure (which a cat going in and out and in and out will apply) the screw head is too small, goes through the pre-cut hole of the flap and now the flap comes off the door.
