The PetSafe Pawz Away Add-a-Barrier Mini Waterproof Adjustable Range Indoor Dog & Cat Barrier is only compatible with the PetSafe Pawz Away and Yardmax receiver collars.
Can I buy and use this by itself or is it a add on that requires another barrier device to work?

This barrier requires 3 AAA Batteries and either the Pawz Away® Receiver Collar, YardMax™ Receiver Collar, or UltraSmart® Receiver Collar.
Can humans hear the noise this device emits?

The warning tone on the Pawz Away® barrier collars is a frequency that is audible to most humans. However, it is a slightly higher frequency so some humans may not be able to hear it. Typically, older people (more often men) have a harder time hearing the tone.
Is this compatible with the In-ground stubborn dog collar?
