The replacement charge cord is available directly through the manufacturer under item # PAC00-16357.

Wanted to ask how long should the collar stay on my pup? And should I take it off durning the night when we are in bed?

It is recommended to avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day. When possible, reposition the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours.

When the cartridge is empty, it should be disposed of in the garbage. We carry both the "PetSafe Citronella Replacement Spray Cartridges for Spray Dog Bark & Training Collar" and the "PetSafe Unscented Replacement Spray Cartridges for Spray Dog Bark & Training Collar" that are compatible replacements for this collar.

We can hear the birds again!

This has been a great training tool for our 5yo, new to us, Vizsla! The battery life depends on how often he's being reactive so we just plug it in every night

This worked really well for us. It was a surprise for my dog, but it was safe. She cut down from non-stop barking for 15 minutes to 2 barks. You could hear it release and smell it, she could also and looked around. When she barked the 2nd time, well she knew it was coming from her and stopped. I do keep it on only when the neighbor's dog is out. Otherwise, I don't need to put it on her. Great investment.
