I need to know how to adjust the collar, the snap is on the side when put on my dog so the prongs aren't under her chin & moves to the side of her neck

The remote trainer features two separate buttons to use the tone and vibration/static functions.

To use the remote, hold it approximately 2 feet from the training collar. To start at level 0, press the vibration button continuously for 1 to 2 seconds. To increase the level of stimulation, use the side buttons to change the levels. To reactivate, release and repress the vibration/static button. Please refer to the picture included below for additional information.
