Love, love this cat litter box. It is a game changer. It can b managed and monitored thru the WiFi enabled app, and keeps the litter box clean. Having the crystal litter instead of that horrible clay litter is so much better too because my cat is not dragging that dirty clay through the house and furniture. I highly recommend it!

It’s very low maintenance, minimal to no odor, spacious and easy for my cat to get in and out of, however, I had the original non smart version previously and would recommend that over this one. This one no matter how much troubleshooting I do will not stay connected to my Wi-Fi, it will say that it’s paired, and then immediately will unpair itself. Save the extra money and go with the original version.

My friends swear by this box so I bought it and my cats refused to use it. I use the same crystal litter so the problem was not that. I think the box is too small for my cats, and the hood is not tall enough so my cats have very limited space. The blinking lights were also very distracting for them and the amount of litter is too small so my cats were reluctant to use it. I gave it almost 2 months and in the end had to return the box sadly.

For me this was a large purchase, I sprung for the hood. As a single mom who works 2 jobs, this was a big purchase. It never seemed to work correctly, and was difficult

For me this was a large purchase, I sprung for the hood. As a single mom who works 2 jobs, this was a big purchase. It never seemed to work correctly, and was difficult for me to use. The hood fell off constantly and spooked my cat so he would use the bath tub instead of the litter box. This was the worst purchase I ever made. Then I started using it with out the top and it just completely stopped working. I always used the crystal litter even know I had to order the trays or drive to a pet store to get replacement and pay more for the trays. This box was out of my price range and not worth it. This box didn't even last 3 month!!!
