This system does not use an app. You can make the circle larger or smaller as needed by adjusting the settings on the transmitter.

It is recommended to use the included flags.

Can you turn the collar off to save battery life when not in use?

You may turn off the receiver collar by pressing and holding the mode button for 5 seconds.

When I place the flags, do I place them where I first here a rapid beep or wait for a correction and place the flag there. Also, is there a way to increase the volume of the transmitter on the collar?

The flags should be placed at the boundary zone line. The receiver volume is not adjustable.

We bought 3 for our property. When connecting them together, it took sometime figuring the radius of the collar in relation to the road, the neighbors property, and the lake/dock area. It works great though now that it is set up and we are very happy with the results!

I was a little skeptical of this but wanted to give it a try to have an easier set up than the wired system. However, the downsides of this system exceed any convenience benefit. It doesn’t really work for the layout of our house/yard as it either doesn’t give much backyard space, and if it were to be increased he could go too close to the road out front. Also, while training our dog on the boundaries it didn’t work with any consistency - it was 50/50 if it would provide any of the corrective warnings which did or make me feel like he would be safe. Finally, the collar would sometimes go off when it shouldn’t. The final straw was this morn in g the collar was on a table in our kitchen and it just started going off out of no where.

It seems my dogs will just walk right through the boundaries with the highest setting on the collars, no problem. I’m giving it a bit longer to see if anything improves, otherwise I will be returning it all.
