Feeding Instructions
Adult Dogs: Feed one 283g (10 oz.) container per 4.5–5.5kg (10–12 lbs.) of body weight daily, divided into two or more meals. Adjust feeding amount as needed to maintain ideal body condition.
When Feeding with Dry Product: One container of this product replaces approximately 2/3 cup dry pet food. Always provide fresh water in a clean container for your dog. For your pet’s health, see your veterinarian regularly.
You should consider transitioning gradually to new pet foods to help eliminate any digestive issues. We recommend consumers introduce a new pet food over a period of 7 - 10 days to help avoid digestive upset. The first day we recommend mixing 10 percent of the new food with 90 percent of the current food. Each day, increase the amount of the new food while decreasing the amount of the current food.

My 14-year-old shitzu was never motivated by food. Now that she is older, she's even less interested. She's also allergic to poultry other than smaller amounts of turkey. She likes this food for now but I don't know for how long before she's going to want something different. I used to feed her a freeze-dried product that was quite expensive and she tired of that within a year.

My GSD is sensitive to chicken and salmon, and it's hard to find wet food without one or both of those ingredients. She loves the food and the ingredients won't cause any issues for her. I'm happy! I just wish the other Beneful non-chicken flavors didn't include chicken (weird that they do).

After my GSDs brother died in August, Xena would NOT eat. This was going on for so long it was concerning. I tried all kinds of things and it just wasn't working. She was grieving terribly. I purchased different varities of foods to pour over her premium dog food and only two were acceptable to her. This and one other. So now cases of both stay on the shelf strictly for her. She does not get this every day, but several times a week over her dog food and she is a very happy, healthy canine at this point. She began eating again and perked up over time.
