Feeding Instructions
Adult Dog Feeding Instructions: The recommended feeding amounts indicated are based upon the average nutritional needs of an adult dog with a normal activity level (using a standard 8 oz./250mL measuring cup, which contains approximately 96g of Purina ONE). Factors, such as a dog's metabolism, breed size, activity level, age and whether the dog is spayed or neutered, will affect the amount of Purina ONE needed to maintain an ideal body condition. The pet experts at Purina have provided the feeding amounts indicated as a starting point. If you find that your dog is losing weight or becomes overweight when fed these amounts, please adjust accordingly. To help your dog maintain an ideal body condition, monitor your dog's weight on a regular basis, making sure that his ribs are easily felt and his waist is visible when viewed from above. Maintaining an ideal body condition can impact your dog's lifelong health.
Fresh Water, Proper Diet & Veterinary Care: Be sure to provide fresh water in a clean container for your dog daily, Proper diet, exercise and veterinary care are the best ways to keep your dog healthy. If your dog hasn't had a check-up in the past year, please make an appointment today.
Making the Switch to Purina One: Although you'll be anxious to see the difference Purina ONE can make in your dog, please allow 7–10 days to ease the transition from his current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Purina ONE until you're feeding Purina ONE exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets.

My golden retriever was born with serious GI issues. The vet recommended a kibble, which did help him a lot, but was very expensive. Found this kibble on Chewy, my dog loves it, with no upset stomach, and much more affordable! 5/5

My collie has a sensitive stomach, and for a while I thought only a few expensive brands would work for him. We decided to try this Purina One Digestive and it's been great - his poops are perfect and he hasn't had any digestive issues. He also finds it tastes better than PPPSSS and Hill's. I'm really pleased!

This is the second time trying this type due to recommendation. The first time I just thought that it was my dogs with summer season shedding and itching. When I told him I know it neighbor this she said her dogs doing the same thing on the same food and she switched so I did too, but thinking maybe it was an off batch I would tryit again. Call me a fool. I bought the big bag and I’m throwing away 3/4 of it. I am now trying the salmon and rice for sensitive stomach and skin. If the same thing happens, I am done with this dog food. I hate throwing away dog food and switching my poor dogs, but I do not recommend this kind, especially if your dog has sensitivities.
My Irish Wolfhound mix loves this

I've tried dry/wet mix with canned and pouches, even other varieties of dry, but my Wolfhound mix would turn her nose up at them. My daughters dog loves this as well and has a sensitive stomach, so I gave it a try. Probably the first one she will consistently eat.
Great for Sensitive Tummies and Picky Eaters

We have tried so many different dog foods for our sensitive digestion and very picky Dalmatian and grabbed this bag as a last minute resort in the grocery store in a pinch and it turns out our dalmatian absolutely loves this dog food. It has been smooth sailing for her and we started feeding it to our GSP and mini dachshund as well. All three girls love this dog food. So far so good, they have not turned their noses to it yet, so that is a huge huge plus for us.
Great food until it got stinky

Switching to this food solved Juno’s GI problems. She’s been on it for 3 years and her heartburn and diarrhea cleared up. The problem is the last two bags we got produced the most foul odor. The first one stunk and Chewy replaced it. I just got the new bag and that stinks just as bad. It’s the same flavor she’s always had and, to my knowledge, they haven’t changed the formula. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m going to switch to something else.
Dog food.
Came when it was promised and saved me time and energy to go get it. These are big bags of dog food and the store thatI would buy from would only have one big bag
Came when it was promised and saved me time and energy to go get it. These are big bags of dog food and the store thatI would buy from would only have one big bag and I like to get two cause I use them pretty frequently.
Great for Tank’s tummy!
I have been feeding my dog Purina ONE Plus Digestive Health Formula for a couple of years and it works really well. His digestion is solid with no upset tummies
I have been feeding my dog Purina ONE Plus Digestive Health Formula for a couple of years and it works really well. His digestion is solid with no upset tummies and he loves eating it. He has stayed healthy, his coat looks great and he has plenty of energy. It is not a super premium formula but for us it has been reliable and my dog is thriving on it.
Sense stomach
Sosa Leroy isn’t always a fan of dry food, and I always have to give him some wet food for him to eat all.

I can only get my Jack Russell to eat this if he is really very hungry. It doesn't seem to attract him at all. I think I will have to try some other brand. I just recently adopted him at age 8, and he was eating the Kroger brand dog food, so I don't know what to change him to. His poop is kinda soft, so I had searched for a food that would perhaps remedy this. But he has to like the food, and he's apparently a picky eater.
