It is never easy to acknowledge your puppy is getting older. I started this on one of our bigger dogs who just turned 7. We started noticing limping and realized his joints are probably the root cause. After some vet visits we landed on this food to be able to give our dogs some special wet food for dinner, in addition to their kibble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 year old lab mix absolutely loves the Purina ProPlan Adult 7+ Chicken and Rice Entree. I started feeding it after he underwent several tooth extractions and he’s gone through 2 more cases since then! The first two ingredients are Chicken and liver and it is formulated to meet the nutritional needs established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutient Profiles for maintenance of adult dogs. Another great Purina product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pups love it! Some wet foods are too wet where its more gravy than anything. I like the moisture content of this where I feel like I'm actually giving them nutricious food. Not just the sauce on top if that makes sense. Both the "pups" are older, even if they refuse to admit it. They really seem to enjoy this food and practically try to eat the spoon with it when I'm putting it in their bowls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Canned moist dog food for senior dogs. Mixing it with the prescription kibble for renal health for my 9 year old male Yorkie. He is missing some teeth. Moistens the kibbles for better consumption. He’s getting the best of both worlds and enjoying his meals. There are a lot of ingredients listed on the can and I recommend reading them to ensure it’s what you’re looking for.

It’s hard to remember that my 9 year old Pekingese as puppy like as he is, is becoming a senior dog and had changing nutritional needs.
