Is this a low sodium (salt) cat food?

The Turkey and Giblets recipe has a sodium content of 1.0%, the Ocean Whitefish recipe has a sodium content of 0.64%, and the Chicken Entree has a sodium content of 0.38%, all on a dry matter basis.

Is this just for the prevention of UTI's or does this also help prevent the formation of stones and crysyals? My cat recently had a complete urinary obstruction, and is still developing grit in his bladder so I am looking at new diet plans for him.

Purina Pro Plan Urinary Tract Health Variety Pack Canned Cat Food are formulated to promote a healthy urinary tract. It is recommended to speak to your vet to see what would be suitable for your pet's current treatment plan.

Does this contain carrageenan?

The Ocean Whitefish Entree Classic and Turkey & Giblets Entree Classic contain Carrageenan. The Chicken Entree in Gravy does not.

What is ON the box is not what is IN the box!

My cat needs the urinary formula and enjoys the variety supposedly in this box BUT there are 8 chicken & 4 whitefish, NOT the variety shown on the box or online

8 of one kind, 4 of the other. Not correct.

I received 8 chicken entree and two ocean whitefish. Wouldn’t be as annoyed if I received extra of the pate but these were the shredded and they are not the top
