What is the average diameter of small/ medium beef cheek?

Since these are animal based products, their approximate size and diameters will vary, so Redbarn does not guarantee the exact size or diameter each time. Therefore, they are sold by their overall weight. However, the Small/Medium size are approximately 5-7" in length, and the Large size are approximately 9-11" in length.

About how long are the two sizes?

These chews are guaranteed based upon weight rather than length or width, so their dimensions may vary. However, the small beef cheek roll will always weigh at least 1.2oz, and the Large will always weigh at least 3oz.

Are these treated with irradation?

Redbarn does not irradiate their treats or chews because their stringent processing by specific heat temperatures and timing performance ensures proper lethality to pathogens. Redbarn performs multiple samplings for moisture levels (to ensure no inhabitants of bacteria/mold growth) and multiple microbial testing (to ensure negative results for salmonella, coliforms, yeast, etc.). Additional testing is performed before the product is packaged, to again, ensure no cross-contamination occurred during storage or packaging.

Disappointed last 2 orders

First few times I ordered the chews were thicker. Last 2 orders they are so small and thinned out. Makes it not worth it. Lasts less than an hour. Old ones we lasting

Sometimes he takes a little bit before he’ll eat it but once he does, it lasts a few days to a week. Sometimes he takes a little bit before he’ll eat it but once he does, he’s usually gone in a few days. I really appreciate that chewy takes the time to find him the thicker ones as he is a St. Bernard. His gums bleed, and I have to take it away periodically but that is at no fault of the chew, he’s just really aggressive with his face lol

Dog chews suppose to be the same size

I ordered these, my dog does love them but they are suppose to be the same size, large. Wow....... what a huge difference the small one isn't even close in size

Be careful with puppies!

My aussie puppy enjoyed it the first few times but then it caused his gums to bleed a little. I don’t know if it was the experience or he’s just not excited anymore,

Great product

We have 100 lb lab and this is the best chew we have ever found. All the others he didn't like or he went through them too fast. These he gets a week out of each

Springer spaniel loved it

My girl took about a week going and an hour to and hour and a half each time. Made a really big difference with her tartar build up as well. Will definitely buy
