Can I hydrate this with water to the consistency of a canned food to use as a topper?

Although Redbarn does not recommend altering the composition of the product, there should be no issue with adding warm water to soften the Rolled Food as long as it is consumed right away.

Each Roll is four pounds , when purchasing the bundle you would receive eight pounds in total.
Once opened does the daily serving need to be refrigerated? Ie can I keep the daily ration in my pouch throughout the day? Or does it need to be refrigerated?

You do not need to refrigerate the food rolls until they are opened. The shelf life for our unopened food rolls is one year from the production date. If you do plan to store the rolled food for a prolonged time, we suggest storing in the refrigerator for optimal freshness. To serve, slice through the wrapper for your desired serving size. Leave the casing on the remaining product and seal the open end with plastic wrap, foil or in a zip-top bag and refrigerate. Opened sealed rolls will remain fresh in the refrigerator for one-to-two weeks.
Can this be sliced and frozen

You can safely freeze Redbarn Rolled Food for six months. Simply slice into sections or cubed, and store in a sealed air-tight container. Thaw to room temperature when you are ready to serve.
