I thought these seemed quite thin when I took them out of the package, but gave them to my dogs anyway. My 40 lb cattle dog, 65 lb shepherd ate these in 4 minutes flat.. i know that i bought the 7 inch, but these are definitely not a long lasting chew I would expect from a red barn bully stick
