These bones are recommended for adult dogs, with adult teeth. A puppy is generally considered an adult when they stop growing taller. Typically for small breeds this is between 9-12 months, medium breeds around 12 months and large breeds closer to 15 months.

Unsafe bones

These bones are not safe. My large dogs chewed them vomited for 7 days after could not keep anything down. The bones were chewed broke off in sharp pieces. Like
