My Vet said with need hydrolyzed dog food, as our 6 month gsd is throwing up bile once or twice a month in the morning. Is this hygrolyzed, if not will it help with the situation?

Our GSD was doing the same, throwing up bile on occasion in the morning. Upon doing some feast he on this, I read that it can be caused by having an empty stomach for too long. So if they eat dinner too early, that can be a Cause. I started feeding him a little later, and also give him a tiny snack between dinner and bedtime(or someone’s at bedtime) like a few large spoonfuls of canned pumpkin (make sure it’s 100%pure pumpkin & NOT pie filling) or a few spoonfuls of plain 100%whole milk yogurt. That solves the issue for us. No more throwing up bile in the morning. Hope that helps your GSD also.

Giant puppy and this what's the difference for my cane corso

Buy the Giant puppy & Giant Junior bags. This product is suitable for a GSD’s sensitive stomach & “Large” size. The other one is probably cheaper and I think better (higher caloric value) for a bigger dog.

Game changer

I have had german shepherds for over 20 years now, and I have always resisted buying this food, due to both the price and the conflicting reviews I'd read online. We got a new GSD puppy last fall, and he has probably the most sensitive stomach of any dog we've ever had before, bless his heart. I tried several different diets until I finally did what our vet told me to do in the first place, which was to try this diet. It immediately fixed my puppy's repeated instances of diarrhea! I only wish I had tried it sooner and saved myself all that aggravation!

Right now I’m mixing this with other food to transition. It’s clear my puppy prefers this to her old food. It’s expensive but worthwhile investment in your growing
