Packaging design not great

The cats accept this food but the humans find it quite difficult to open the trays. Yesterday, I cut the pad of my thumb on the foil ( think super nasty paper cut)

The cats accept this food but the humans find it quite difficult to open the trays. Yesterday, I cut the pad of my thumb on the foil ( think super nasty paper cut) and for that reason plus the higher price point, I won’t order it again.

My cat refuses to eat this food

My cat will smell and look at the food and just walk away. She’s normally not fussy so I was surprised.

Worst food ever

Made my cat sick, he had to be in the hospital for a day. He puked for 3/4 days everytime he ate this food.
