Very smelly - the dog LOVED them !
They were very stiff with kinda sharp fibers when broken, but I found that wetting them made them safer.

Not what I would consider Jerky, more like dried pieces of salmon skin. Fragile, small, and did not last more than a moment after I gave them to my dog. Not worth
