Switching between settings is clunky, and it’s difficult to figure out which one I’m using. While the collar itself seems durable and fits comfortably, the lack of user-friendliness in the controls detracts from its overall utility. I also wish the manual provided clearer instructions for first-time users. For a product in this price range, I expected a smoother experience. On the bright side, the battery life is excellent, and the adjustable intensity levels are a good feature. If you’re tech-savvy or willing to spend time figuring it out, this collar might work for you. However, for me, the hassle outweighed the benefits.
