This system is compatible with some SportTrainer models. The models it is suitable for are as follows: 575 (SD-575E), 875 (SD-875E), and 1275 (SD-1275E).

Ok battery only last one day at most and is not very heavy duty so dogs can chew up collar very easy. Shock doesn’t seem very strong either.

We absolutely love our sport dog e-collars. My pups wear them on hikes, swims, and in the yard. However, we are now on our third set in 5 years. They are quite pricey to not last more than 1-2 years - in my opinion. My pups swim in them but they don't wear them more than 2 hours per day. This one never had a strong beep, and now is failing to work. Again, I love the functions of this collar - especially when having multiple dogs, as well as being able to change the band. I just wish they lasted longer.

We bought this additional collar to add on to our other dog control collar. When adding a 2nd collar to a single controller, the buttons are then assigned to a specific collar. That is nice, you don't have to worry about switching a button or dial to send a signal to the correct dog. the only issue is having to remember which button is for which collar.
